Pilates Mini Retreats at Zanna’s Pilates studio

Please email Zanna for details of our mini retreats in 2026. Retreats will be on Saturday mornings or will be a mid-week Wednesday retreat.

Studio classes will have a maximum of 6 people. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy a class setting and also receive additional personalised tuition: 6:45pm to 7:45pm at Zanna Newton Pilates Studio, Ridgewell, Essex.

New 1:1 Pilates Reformer sessions on Tuesday mornings or please enquire about other times

Tuesdays 9:30am to 10:15am sorry, sold out. Most Tuesdays 11am to 12 noon are still available.

The Reformer is a piece of Pilates equipment originally designed by Joseph Pilates.

A Reformer workout provides all the benefits of your mat work class, and more.

The equipment has a moving carriage, and adjustable springs for altering the load or resistance for each exercise.

This allows one to either increase the challenge of an exercise or to provide assistance and support when needed.

The session may include exercises that might look familiar but will feel quite different.

There is also a wealth of additional moves to try, that will provide new challenges and benefits for both your mind and for your body.

Zanna’s Reformer is a Balanced Body Studio Reformer with Tower made from beautiful Rock Maple wood and imported from California. It has a sleek design and is ultra smooth and very quiet to use.

Pilates Reformer sessions are suitable for all levels.
